  • We will provide flight guidance in the coming months. If you'd like to book right away, it's often less expensive to book a flight into a major European city (London, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam, etc.) and then book a short flight to Florence on a European budget airline (EasyJet, Ryanair, etc.).

  • Group shuttles to be provided from Florence Airport at a few select times on Thursday. Details to be provided after flights are confirmed.

  • The ETIAS is not scheduled to come into affect until 2026, however we encourage you to check before travel for any changes. More information can be found here.

  • 2025 is a special year for Italy with the Jubilee. This is a year-long celebration with an increase in the number of people travelling to Italy expected. Although we don’t expect this to impact the wedding, we encourage booking flights as soon as possible for the best availability. More information on the Jubilee can be found here.
